What is simulation modeling?

            The model represents the system itself, whereas the simulation represents the operation of the system over time. Simulation modeling is the imitation of operation of a real-world system over time. In simple language, simulation modeling is a method of solving problems in computer, in which  simple object describes the real system and/or its behavior.

 What is Digital PMTS Work Study?


              The PMTS (Predetermined Motion Time Study ) is a technique used to analyze the operations or sub- operations in terms of time using digital recording by performing several methods, steps and sequences. In other words, it is a video recorded predetermined motion time method study that aims to define the standard work procedure of work process.  


             PMTS is not only a faster work measurement technique, it ensures a much more detailed standard operating procedure (SOP) creation technique by analyzing Motion-Time Work through video recording of the process steps. It's a more precise approach to work measurement and productivity improvement.
